Solution : Patron Database (PDB) is a CRM app deployed and currently running at Caesars. It is responsible to provide guest recognition across more than 30 casinos under the Caesars umbrella. This supports sales and marketing teams, across Caesars to manage its data/tools to setup and track various campaigns and offers sub-system capability for each location. Development and deployment of this application has increased the speed and efficiency of supplying marketing and sales data to office across multiple locations, which resulted in increased sales volume and data accuracy. Currently this application is being upgraded / enhanced to newer hardware/software and providing newer functionalities to the offers sub-system.

Several web services have been written and have been deployed running on Jboss environment and an extensive batch work that runs on a UNIX (AIX/Solaris) platform. All these services are scheduled to run on 24/7 basis, which serves millions of customers every day.

Detail : Developed a highly visible processing and change management system that could improve service and maximize business ability to record all change management related tasks and project at TCP, via a detailed approval mechanism. This system was required to be in place, and undergo a yearly audit to track project and prove that all technical projects were thoroughly reviewed and budgeted before it was approved and moved into production, that the TCP can utilize for this everyday business. This system is required to be in compliance with the SOX reporting and auditing, as required for retailing industry, apparently saving thousands of dollars yearly in development and maintaining manual process, physical approvals and maintain paper documents, which could be inaccurate and inefficient for reporting and auditing purpose.

Detail : This system is exclusively used by the Administrative services division. This application combines the registered agent’s information with a process to accomplish services on the entities which can be served by OCI under the statute. The database has limited access, because the accuracy of information given out is very critical. Earlier, this system was developed using dBase. The new system allows the agency to maintain registered agent information for employees and the public. Features include, search by claims name, law firm, case number and plaintiff name, update names and addresses of entities being served and company information, less chance for error, easy search capability and less employee time involved.

Challenge : This client is a major user of Microsoft technology, who were looking to implement MOSS as a single sign on User Interface for most of its business, which required a Dash Board portal tool, that can integrate and establish as a single point of entry to most applications and tools that it offer to its customers (End-Users).
Solution : HexaCorp developed a MOSS portal to extract a typical client user interface with access to single DASH BOARD that every user can access, with single sign-on capability, a variety of business applications, workflows, access to corporate information and BI tools, via one MOSS portal tool, enabling increase in productivity and improve efficiency.

Challenge : Nearly 20,000 html and classic ASP Pages are used for Intranet Portal - content management/version tracking is too hard for the existing system. Nearly 40,000 PDF policy document, searching/locating the document is very hard. Client had 5000 public folders for external vendor for their information.
Solution : Hexacorp suggested using MOSS Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and developed MOSS Document Management/Enterprise Search feature which several selection criteria and implemented Single Sign on (SSO) feature for user convenience.

  • Automate the UREC Requisition Approval Process using Workflow provided by MOSS
