His passion is to develop HexaCorp into a global leader, offering an entire spectrum of technology-based solutions and services to clients across the globe. Raj has been instrumental and a proven transformational leader in turning around the important aspects of our business.

Since 1993, he has worked relentlessly contributing towards our growth in various capacities and has handled variety of roles in the areas of technology, consulting, business practice, strategic alliance, pre- sales and operations, chief among them being Collaborative Solutions implementations and System Integration Services through a broad range technology services portfolio.

Raj holds a Masters degree in Computer Application from Bharathidasan University, Trichy with Bachelors in Mathematics.

Joe Devalla
Director, Consulting Practice.

Joe is a founding member of HexaCorp with over 18 years of global diversified experience in a wide range of business functional areas such as Information Technology, Consulting practice, Corporate and functional affairs, Product and Concept Sales & Marketing, Business Administration and Accounting.

He has a strong technical business consulting capabilities and heavy marketing background coupled with a successful workflow planning, process building, and strategic planning along with vast track record of working with clients across the globe, with diversified culture and functional practice.

Joe has successfully developed and implemented workflow planning and optimization, business process strategies, technology consulting & functional training protocols, marketing and project execution methodologies. Joe’s expertise in global operations strategy has helped HexaCorp successfully deploy dynamic marketing and support groups at ODC (off-shore development centers) and at multiple locations that has been supporting our business function seamlessly and successfully.

Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Madras, apart from earning numerous technology diplomas and Certifications in Sales & Marketing over the years

Jay Sadasivam
Director HR & Finance.

Jay is a founding member of HexaCorp with over 15 years of strong, significant and progressive experience in the information-technology industry focusing on enterprise wide web and client/server-based applications and custom development projects, as well as customization of packaged products to clients. Jay currently heads the Human Resource, Legal, Business Planning, Treasury, Operations and Controllership.

Jay is a thorough, Solution Oriented professional with vast experience in managing large and turnkey projects, collaborating project teams and clients, deploying technologies that builds mission critical solutions for clients in the Insurance, Financial and HRMS industry. Jay's passion is towards building successful and result oriented operational teams for functional & technical implementations that are focused, methodical and process oriented.
